The list addresses are maintained in text file under: ...\imail\mydomain\lists\mylist\users.txt ...\imail\mydomain\lists\mylist\users.lst
I think you can edit the text files with notepad/script/C code/whatever. Just remove the addresses that you no longer want in the list. Hello, Does anyone know the easiest way to delete addresses from an Imail 7.04 mailing list? I have a few hundred addresses in a mailing list now and when I sent out a message, I got 30 or 40 "undeliverable" emails. Some of the emails contained multiple "bad" addresses and none of the emails had the "bad" address as the "FROM" field. The process for deleting them from the Imail mailing list is very labor intensive and I don't think I want to do this again. I already saw a suggestion that a script could be used to gather up all the emails and unsubscribe them, but the script would have to do a lot of work to find all the emails embedded in all the different kinds of messages that I received. Also, when I tried manually emailing in the Unsubscribe requests, I then get more "undeliverables" because the Unsubscribe message is mailed to the "bad" addresses. Any help anyone could provide would be greatly appreciated. It would be really nice if you could unsubscribe multiple addresses with one email. That would save a ton of time. Or, better yet, it would be really nice if you could just submit a list of bad email addresses and have them all deleted at once instead of hunt and delete.
