A user is certain that her e-mail was compromised (HR/Payroll department--not good). It's Outlook 2000 running on a 95 box (needed for legacy apps.). I have since applied a password to the .pst file and required a domain logon to access Windows via a system policy. I'd still like to know when Outlook is launched as the user is part time and other users do need to access her machine to perform some tasks.
