I see these DNS records:

applicationadministrator.org.
    0, mail.applicationadministrator.org.

mail.applicationadministrator.org.
    66.20.140.101

101.140.20.66.in-addr.arpa.
    host = adsl-20-140-101.mem.bellsouth.net.

I can ping 66.20.140.101 but neither port 25 (SMTP) nor port 110 (POP3)
will accept connections. Do you have a router or firewall that is
blocking these ports?
