I checked and I did not have any DENS entries in Imail admininstator so I added my two local DNS servers and verizon's primary DNS server. There are send error 10054's in the log file.

Can you telnet to other mail servers? For example, if you run telnet, and type "open mail.declude.com 25" (or enter mail.declude.com as the host and 25 as the port, depending on the version of telnet you are running), do you see "220 ..." in response? There's a chance that Verizon may be blocking port 25 access (although they shouldn't for a commercial account). Have you checked the IMail logs to see if there are any error messages reported? -Scott --- Declude: Anti-virus, Anti-spam and Anti-hijacking solutions for IMail. http://www.declude.com Please visit http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html to be removed from this list.
