1.) What type of database are you using? SQL, Imail or Access? 2.) Weird on a new install. Try looking for a corrupt queued file????? Was this one happening before? Craig -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]]On Behalf Of Code:NET Sent: Tuesday, November 27, 2001 1:33 PM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: [IMail Forum] Help________Imail 7.04 My mail server has been running Imail for many years. We started with Imail 3.02 if that tells you how long we have been usung their product. During the Thanks Giving weekend, NT decided to destroy the master boot record, which left us to completly re-install NT...After hours and hours of restoring our customers mail boxes and mail spool we were able to get it up and running. We installed Imail 7.04 with the hot fix 2 patch. Now I am encountring several problems: #1: (This was happening before the crash as well) When someone sends a message they get no error messages, everything looks like it was send. But the message goes no where. I did a test and sent a message to myself. Was sent out fine, but I never recieved the message. I rebooted the sever, sent myself another message and everything works fine. I cannot pin point when the server stops working. The CPU is not railed and nothing in the logs produce any information that would show errors, infact they show that the messages are being sent. #2. When I go into the mail administrator to view the mail que, the cue never responds and the CPU is railed. I have to end task on the IMail Adiministrator to get the machine stable again. This is and NT 4.0 machine with service pack 6 Any suggestion would be appreciated.
