Folks,
I'm having a serious problem with Web messaging. I'm running NT4.0,
SP6(a), with a gig and a half of memory and a raid array for I-mail version
7.04 with Hot Fix 2.
The system periodically "hangs", it looks like an IO wait state,
although I've been told I'm wrong about that. Nothing appears in any logs,
if task manager is running everything looks normal, Monitoring the system
everything looks fine. It responds to pings. Attempting to bring up the task
bar brings it up without any colors. The only way to get the system back is
to crash it.
We've pretty much eliminated hardware as an issue. Have 4 domains
and only about 7,000 mailboxes.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
