Well a web page to mail everyone should be easy enough to make. And as for have three seperate boxes for web mail smtp and pop3 May I ask why? And besides needing three licenses for this or maybe you work out a deal with Ipswitch that shouldn't be to hard either. Setup up one box with the user database as the main one for this group it is called mail.yourdomain.com. Setup another with just the web messaging it is your www.yourdomain.com and a third one with imail called pop.yourdomain.com. The web and pop mailbox use a unc path to the main box for accessing message stores and odbc to connect to the user database. I have plans to do this but really my traffic is nowhere near justifying it and once it is I hope i am making enough money to buy microsoft. The concept is pretty easy it is just you better make sure ll three boxes are running at peak if you have heavy traffic
