[IMail Forum] Question for Rules.ima

I'm still learning this rules.ima file. And a couple things that I'm not
clear on.

1) if I put the Rules.ima file in the IMail MAIN directory, are all the
domains covered, or do I have to copy it to each domain's directory ?

2) How do I make the rules case insensitive ?  For example:
H~(Sex):NUL

Does this get any email that has the word Sex/sex/SEX/SeX/seX in the
Subject Line
