Frisk (the company) makes F-Prot (the AV software).  F-Secure is one of 
several companies that license the software from Frisk; they sell their own 
version of F-Prot that is different (and more expensive).

If you go to http://www.f-prot.com , you'll see the "real" F-Prot programs.
