That will happen with the DOS version of F-Prot if you don't delete the
F-Prot.PIF file that it installs (which instructs Windows not to let the
program end until a user manually shuts it down, which doesn't work well
with an automated process). Once you delete the F-Prot.PIF file, you'll be
all set.
