I'm trying to go live with Imail and want to use ldaper.exe to populate my LDAP fields. I just couldn't get it to work so I checked the version and compared it to the one you can download off the support page. The version is the same but the file size is different. So I tried it. It did create an ldaper.out file and tell me that it was successful. It also created an entry in the person.dta file, but it didn't actually change anything.
Ldaper.exe that came with my 7.04 CD is 126,976 bytes. The one from the support page is 98,304. They both same version 1.0 but the one that came with the CD has copyright 2000-2001 instead of 1999 like the one from the web page. Short of manually (programmatically) creating a person.dta file, I'm stumped. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, John Bentley
