Definitely do NOT delete those files. They are like the E-mails in the
spool, only more important.
The overflow directory is created by Declude Queue (which is included in
the latest beta version of the Declude products). It's essentially the
same as the spool, only faster. The files in there are ones that IMail
couldn't process because it had too much mail to handle, whereas the files
in the spool are the ones that IMail tried to deliver but couldn't (because
the remote mail server wasn't reachable or was having problems or
whatever). The ones in the overflow directory will take a high priority
and get sent out as soon as there are free processes.
