You should find a real ISP.  Go to http://www.dnsreport.com and enter 
"EyesOnDenver.com" in the "DNS Lookup" section, choose "MX" for the record 
type, and you'll see that your ISP has no clue.  Your MX record points to a 
uswest.net mailserver.
