Your guess is as good as mine.  cybertours.com is doing something odd, only 
they can say for sure.

They are giving you an "access denied" error message, which means they 
would need to tell you why they are denying you access.  They are not 
listing any valid reason.  If they were blocking based on your IP, they 
would likely do it at the beginning of the session.  If they were blocking 
based on your address (which *should* be the cause, since that is what they 
are denying), it would have failed when Len tried connecting, but it didn't 
block him.

It sounds like it may be a combination of factors, such as IP+MAILFROM.  Or 
maybe they have blacklisted your IP but are doing it in a weird way.

In any case, only cybertours.com can explain it.  If they say "all is 
peachy", tell them they are blocking your mail, show them the logs, and ask 
them why.
