I am wondering exactly what kinds of problems you are having. We had a problem with
most attachments with webmail until we installed the latest hotfix. However, we are
still having problems displaying PDF files and html attachments. PDF files come up
blank and html attachments are formatted incorrectly.

If one right clicks on the PDF files, does a "save target as", saves the file, THEN
displays it, it displays fine. With an HTML attachment, even if you do a "save target
as" and then try to display the file, it does not display correctly.

However, if you access the same messages with a non web-based e-mail client such as
Eudora, all attachents, at least for us, display perfectly fine.

As far as I know, there are no workarounds. Because of all these problems, I cannot
roll out webmail to the several hundred people that want it as it would be
unprofessional for me to do so. They are stuck using Eudora for now until a fix is
found.

I know I've read discussions of this here, but I'm not sure if there was any
resolution. IMail 7.04 apparently has a problem with attachments through
its web interface. This is a bug, and we're running into it now. Has
anyone found a work-around? What was the consensus on this?
