Hi Paul,
I used the procedure located at:

to move my IMail server. But my SMTP service does not appear to be started
even though both IMail and 'Control Panel/Services' claim that the service
is running. I'm still trying to resolve the issue. If you also use this
procedure, please let me know if you also run into the problem I am having.
