What were the headers of the E-mail?
For example, if the client you sent the mail from is
"essex.isphere.com",
the E-mail would be blocked. If you wrote "Hi, can I order a product
from
your web site with a credit card?", it would be blocked. You've got
some
duplicate entries in there, and some unnecessary ones (IE there is no
need
to block "Billy Bob Johnson" if you already block "Bob Johnson").
I would strongly recommend going through all the rules and weeding out
ones
that either don't need to be there, or shouldn't be there. If this is a
domain of your own, you should be OK with heavy filters like the ones
you
have. But if this is a domain for a business, ISP, etc., it will likely
block a lot of legitimate mail.
