I need some help on this current problem.
Our users ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) can send email to anyone at plexis.net. But if
the plexis.net customer tries to reply to the original email it gets
returned with the following error:
Recipient: [EMAIL PROTECTED] (Just an example, one of our customers email
address would be here)
Reason: not local host iol21.com, not a gateway
Plexis.net customers also get this same message when they try to compose a
new message and send it to one of our customers.
I have checked for DNS issues but can not find anything. And I have not
heard of any one else not being able to send our customers mail.
Any ideas, thoughts from anyone on the list?
