This is off topic, so you can reply to me directly if you like. I have a client the uses Netscape for the Web browser and mail client. He runs a small business that receives emails for quotes and such. When he sends these, he uses a template (HTML) whereby he inserts the appropriate information instead of having to type out the whole thing every time.
He is wondering if there is a way to set up a rule or something to where when he hits reply, the template is automatically loaded.
