If you mean disable if for all users, just edit the web templates and delete
or comment out those lines which give the option.

Login to webmsg as the user you want to modify/remove the autoresponder.
In the drop down menu select Change Vacation Message.
To delete the autoresponder set the message to nothing (delete ALL text)
To Modify it well change the message to what you want.
