Hello people.
I've been assigned the glorious task of upgrading our mail server. Overall it does not sound to difficult -- upgrading from 6.05 to 7.0 then apply v7.05 patch. But, the complication comes with the fact that we're moving to new equipment with a new IP. The new equipment is structured differently (disk wise) than the existing server. So, one can see the compounding concerns. What I'm looking for is what to expect with regards to this kind of major upgrade, and what kinds of potential issues should I be aware of. Any assistance/wisedom/advise or even procedures on "how" to do this, would be appreicated. Thank you. Douglas.
