We have no idea, actually. We've contacted some of the best minds in spam
control, and nobody seems to know. All we know right now is that there's
an anti-spam database that appears to have died, and they want people to
stop using it, but they don't say who they are. We haven't been able to
reproduce it here.
If you E-mail me your global.cfg file, I can take a look at it to try to
find out which one it is.
