SMTP delivery can be difficult to debug if the message is too large for the recipient's E-mail. Here are the relevant parts of the log- my Imail server is mydomain.com trying to send to receiver.com.

There's not even a "postmaster" message in the logs. However it was rejected, probably due to message size of 3826909 exeeding the limit of 3145728. The reject message to the sender looked like: From: "Postmaster" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Thursday, January 03, 2002 3:39 PM Subject: Undeliverable Mail > undeliverable to [EMAIL PROTECTED] > > > Original message follows. > My complaint is that nowhere does it say that the message was too large. You have to grind through a huge log file to find that out. Please visit http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html to be removed from this list.
