What Len says is correct. You can point your MX record to the IMail machine and have it answer as yourdomain.com however if you plan to use any of the web messaging extension (calendaring for instance) the URL IMail will build to get to the other portions of it will be built from the Official Host Name of the server I *believe*. I am at home now and don't have a server set up here (disk crash and haven't rebuilt yet) to absolutely check this. I will confirm in the AM from the office or anyone that wants to prove me wrong beforehand can chime right in.
