I'm curious is anyone else has run into this problem. Yesterday, one of our clients received an email message. Each time they (or we) attempt to view this message using the web interface, web messaging immediately SHUTS DOWN. This is not the first time we've seen this happen. Over the two years we've been using your program, we've seen this happen two times before, with specific emails that we or our clients received.
We've been unable to identify what is special about this particular email message, but we can reproduce the problem 100% of the time. There is no way to view that message in the web interface without the web messaging service immediately shutting down. Each time this has happened, I've studied the email message causing the problem. All they seem to have in common is that they are long HTML emails with some ugly HTML code (i.e. created in MS Word or a similar program).
