Are you *sure* that the syntax is correct? IMail is finicky about the
syntax, and doesn't report to the log file what it saw.
It has to be:
subscribe listname Your Name
where "listname" is the name of the list, and you *must* have a name in
there, and it must be sent to imailsrv@. Also, this must appear in the
body of the E-mail, not the subject.
