The services you ask about are for Imail, but the two listed are for IIS. You can start / stop any of the Imail services with a batch file using an AT command. It runs every night.
The following are executables for some of the Imail services: Web messaging - iwebmsg Web Calendar - IWebCal SMTP - smtpd32 LDAP - ILDAP Password Server - PSERVE Monitor Service - IMonitor Respectfully, Scott D Wilson EOC (Ret) NCF Enterprise Webmaster [EMAIL PROTECTED] Comm:805.982.3601 Mobile: 805.312.1864 Fax: 805.982.2659 DSN: 551 -----Original Message----- From: Bob McGregor [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: Friday, January 11, 2002 8:56 AM To: IMailList Subject: [IMail Forum] Batch to stop/restart services. Up to now I have not done a scheduled stop/restart of any services in Imail. I would like to start doing that nightly. Are there any other services that can be stopped/restarted using a bat file other than web messaging? If so, what are the commands to do so? Also, are these the right commands to stop/restart web messaging: net stop iisadmin /y net start w3svc thanks, bob Please visit http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html to be removed from this list.
