Don't waste your time. Use CFMAIL tag to inject the msg into IMail SMTP service. CFMAIL has sucked forever, so look for a CFX replacement. > By this way IMail and not the ColdFusionServer should send the eMails. yes, CF is a weak MTA > I need to attach files too. How can I do this? whoa, now you're getting into the whole MIME nightmare, which even Ipswitch hasn't mastered yet with web mail. :)) You need to read up in the CF doc, cf-talk archives, cf conference about CFX_mail, or equivalent and MIME for email. or you could just run BLAT.exe from CFEXECUTE, and let BLAT do the attachement work and the sending to IMail Len http://MenAndMice.com/DNS-training http://BIND8NT.MEIway.com : ISC BIND 8.2.4 for NT4 & W2K http://IMGate.MEIway.com : Build free, hi-perf, anti-abuse mail gateways Please visit http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html to be removed from this list.
