Edit>Preferences>Mail and Newsgroups>Mail Servers>Incoming Mail
Servers>Edit> Under username check the remember password

If they do not have an email account with you([EMAIL PROTECTED]) but still use
your mail server to relay, please have them do the following:

Completely close all Netscape windows.
Edit your prefs.js file and add the line:
user_pref("mail.auth_login", false);
Your prefs.js file is usually located at:
C:\Program Files\Netscape\Communicator\Users\<profilename>\prefs.js

N.B. The last will work even if they do have a mail account with us but is
more technical.

Craig.
(Enabled it this week. Watch for MAC users, haven't figured them out yet. I
don't have a MAC to test on.)
