I have 2 hosts setup to peer for mydomain.com.  The hosts are configured with the following DNS entries

mydomain.com.  in  mx  5  mail1.mydomain.com.
mydomain.com.  in  mx  5  mail2.mydomain.com.

mail1.mydomain.com.  in  a  10.10.10.1
mail2.mydomain.com.  in  a  10.10.10.2

In the configuration on the 2 servers under the alias setting I have entered mydomain.com.  This works great if you send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] but my question is can I add another alias along with mydomain.com or will this cause a problem with the peering.  I have users that also get mail at [EMAIL PROTECTED] in addition to [EMAIL PROTECTED].  This was not an issue with a single server when the actual host was named mail.mydomain.com not mail1.mydomain.com.  I would think I could just add the second alias of mail.mydomain.com to the 2 servers and add 2 more MX entries.  Any information would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Jeff
