[IMail Forum] Declude

I purchased Declude recently, but have not really been able to use it other than in it’s default mode. Everytime I find that I think I can block something, someone starts complaining that email is not going thru. Is there some safe blocks that I can make that will get mostly spam only. The only one that I have blocked now is Spamcop.   Does anyone have this working in a production mode and working without blocking good mail ? If so what are your settings?
