Our Killer and Classic web templates (links below) for IMail have a "Common Address Book" feature, which is administered by editing a simple text file. The concept is quite simple if you've done any scripting... you just create a new includes file, which appends common addresses to the user's personal address list. You'll either need to manually make these mods to the Ipswitch templates, or upgrade to one of ours, since the feature is not built in to the stock templates.
