Support has replied to me that this is in fact fixed in 7.05.

Has this been fixed in v7.05 or is the work-around still the suggested fix?

Question/Problem: When I Forward a message in Web Messaging it sends the wrong message
body.
Answer/Solution: In version 7.04 there is a known issue where Web Messaging sends the
incorrect body in forwarded messages.
There is a work around for this issue. Login to Web Messaging. Find Edit My
Preferences in the drop down list. Set Forward Editing to Edit original message:
Forward Editing: Edit original message
Don't edit original message
Save that change. This will end the problem.
