The only error that I received was that you didn't have the PTR record. This
needs to be in all of the dns servers that you use.

Thanks Mike, I've just visited DNSreport.com, at the bottom of the report is

MX FAIL MX Category ERROR: I couldn't find any MX records for
vmail.vogue.co.uk!
Mail FAIL Connect to mail servers ERROR: I could not find any mailservers
for vmail.vogue.co.uk.

is this because I don't have a reverse PTR record, as you said.

Thanks

It appears that you don't have a reverse PTR record for your mailserver. Go
to DNSreport.com and put in your domain name and it will provide a very
detailed report about your domain.

Hi there, I hope someone may be able to help..

I have had a number of complaints from web users; saying they haven't
received some emails they expected and some emails they sent haven't been
delivered. I was reading on the list a while back that the dns setup can
cause these sort of problems. My domain is vmail.vogue.co.uk, I was
wondering if someone that knows a correct setup could have a look and let me
know if they can see a potential cause? Otherwise is there any issues with
Imail that could be causing the same problems?

Many Thanks
