we have this problem periodically when creating lists. as well, sometimes
list admins delete lists but they aren't removed from webmail's list
administration screen -- but there is no directory for them. We're using
ver 6.06 and here's what i do:

in the lists folder there is a file called LISTS.TXT. go thru this file (it
isn't in alpha order, i think it's in the order the lists were created) and
remove the duplicate entries for your lists. save the file. check out
webmail again and make sure the lists work.

hope this helps!

Subject: [IMail Forum] list name replication problem !!

Hi !,

I have a little problem :-/

lets assume a user with several mailing list : 13 in total

I created the 13 different lists correctly and no duplicate names of them
exist of course.

When all the setup and stuff are done, I'm login via WEBMAIL with the
administrator's e-mail adress and password, so far so good :-)

When I go to the List Administration menu , I off course see all the lists,
but.....

some of them (3 lists in fact) are showing 4 times !!!!

So to resume, so I see in fact 22 lists instead of 13 !!!!

Is this a bug in the script of webmail or ?
can anyone tell me what to do ?

thks,

Michel
