This happens a lot with WEB Messaging; mostly with a forwarded message that has an attachment. Similar issues with IMAP as well. My guess of the cause is iMail's MIME parser which would handle parsing for WEB Messaging and IMAP. Thought it would be fixed in 7.05 (and HF2) but doesn't look like it.
