The setup for Emerald 2.5 and IMail 6.0 is pretty much the same thing as setting up Emerald 4 and IMail 7. All the backend stuff is handled by automatically. EmerAuth 4 includes detailed instructions (I've posted them here in the past) on how to configure IMail 7 and Emerald 4.
