>I saw some IMail admin can use http://mail.domain.com and replace in
>this way http://www.domain.com:8383

ok

>I try do it, but I can't , I don't have DNS on our server

you don't need on your server, just modify the DNS anywhere that hosts
domain.com. Surely you can get the DNS admin person to add/change a couple
of records?

>because other server resolve our DNS and point to our IP.

mail.domain.com A ip.ad.re.ss
www.domain.com A ip.ad.re.ss
domain.com A ip.ad.re.ss

>Now, can I have http://mail.domain.com without DNS on on the server ?

yes, but you have to create the A records above, all using the same ip address.

>Please, if possible, tell me step by step and if I need stop and restart
>some services.

just do the A records, and it's done. you have to tell the Imail web
server to listen-on port 8383 instead of 80.
