Hi Scott.
First problem: Your cwtsouth.com has expired. No one sending you email
from the outside world will get anywhere as Verisign/Network Solutions has
a hold on the domain. That is why a dig or nslookup returns
nothing. www.networksoltuions.com and do a whois.

Next, you can delete anything from the queue by going to IMail
administrator, localhost, on the general tab click the Queue button. You
can then select a message and delete it. The messages currently in process
are listed right at the top.
