Chris, A few follow-up questions:
1. Were you running the Imail Monitor service? I remember Back in The Day with IMail 6, that the Monitor service used to be the cause of some iwebmsg crashes. 2. Did you have Keep-Alives enabled in web messaging settings? That increases the load. 3. Did you have Thread Pooling enabled? That likewise is probably not a good thing for iwebmsg stability on a heavily-loaded server.
