>America Online calls junk e-mail "public enemy No. 1" on behalf of its 34
>million subscribers. Despite its in-house spam team working to block known
>bulk mailers and the plethora of filtering options it gives consumers to
>manage e-mail, AOL spokesman Nicholas Graham said commercial e-mail still
>manages to creep into mailboxes.

... and AOL also has an extremely high false positive read (read: they
delete lots of E-mail that isn't spam). They also were completely
unresponsive when they were alerted to a spammer with a new system capable
of sending them 45 millions spams a day.
