Check the archives for my post of Jan 25 under the subject "iMail is extremely unstable". Seems that Imail is very stable under low/medium loads however when the load gets heavy Imail starts freaking.

There are a lot of organizations having this same problem and everyone seems to be blaming IPswitch. My 2 cents on the subject. I have the same problem, but recently setup Enterprise Monitor which monitors the service and restart it when it hangs. It's better than recycling the service 4 times a day.
