If I might point out a somewhat simplistic solution, but one which could
serve as a stop gap measure for Ipswitch..

    1. Write a complete set of instructions on how to edit the templates
for different languages

    2. Provide a simple table/spread sheet with the English to
multi-language translations, side by side. This would be using the common
tongue, aka locally dialectally correct. I realize that Spanish, to name
but one language, has many dialectic differences depending on the individual
country and/or region you're in. By doing so, Ipswitch could help all of
it's users do the translations in-house if need be. It would also help tech
& web design folks who may have to support multi-language sites, but who's
command of a given language was not perfect. I know my Spanish is good
enough for a night on the town, but I couldn't do anywhere near a credible
job of translating the templates.

    3. The afore mentioned translations table could be a living document
with ongoing additions from Imails customer base/this list. It would grow
with their user base and the contributions from the same.

    4. An added benefit to Ipswitch would be that if they (or any of the
third party providers) decide to create new translated templates they would
have the text content already done and then would need only apply it to
their templates.

If anyone implements this, please at least give me an honorable mention.
