Might as well let the cat out of the bag: Our next major revs of Classic and Killer webmail for IMail 7 will be multi-lingual, and will allow users to swap languages on the fly - even high-ascii languages like Japanese and Chinese.
Adding "language packs" will be as simple as dropping a few text files in a directory, and specifying which you want to be the default. We expect that our user base will share these language pack files back to us and other users as they translate them in their native tongues. Upgrades to the templates will be painless, and won't affect the translation efforts. I don't have an eta on the release date yet, but development is going extremely well. If and when we do a public beta, we'll announce it to the list.
