The posters.lst works to the extent that a subset of the list members can
post to the list. I have a list with about 40 members, and I only want
three of them to be able to post. I have myself (one of the three) as the
list owner, set the "only moderator may post to list", and have the 3
addresses/names in the posters.lst. Other posters get a "denied" message
when they try to post.

I haven't ever tried to allow non members to post.

This was the intent of the poster list. Unfortunatly this is not working at
this time. Hope to see it fixed soon. ETA unknown at this time.
