I know it is a bit overly simplistic, but when you think about it, it is
the quickest way to resolve the situation.  I know our organization has no
one qualified to do such translations even though there is a growing
Hispanic (not to mention Korean)  population in our service area.  Basically
if they were to supply the instructions for a generic translation of their
templates and the proper English to ??? equivalents, we the users could make
the changes.  I think this would put the minimum load on Ipswitch while
providing a quick and less painful solution for it's installed user base.

    By making this an open document, they can expand it as their potential
customer base grows and we as users would have the satisfaction of having
some input into the product.
