I think this would be great also. I have been working on setting up rules specifically to filter spam, as we are running Trend Micro's virus product which does an excellent job of catching viruses. One thing that would be helpful to me is to not only have the rule posted, but also some explanation as to the syntax of the rule and what it is filtering.
