I just did a fresh install of IMail 7 to try to fix this problem. As you know IMail automatically creates a alias with the same name as the list for the imailsrv command, but when you send an e-mail like you are suppose to be able to do, and did work in 6.0x. It does not remove the e-mail address.
I had to add -remove behind imailsrv in the alias to remove it, which makes it only for removal's now, and am going to have to create a 2nd alias for people who which to join. Does anyone know how I can fix this, so it will pass along with subject line correctly with Remove or Join to imailsrv? This just stopped working in 7.0x, it was working fine before I upgraded to 7.0x. I have the most current version installed 7.05 HF2.
