No problem, take a look at the following KB article.  There is no need
for you  to create a table on the SQL Server unless you wish to do so.
IMail's ODBCUSER.DLL will create the table for you by the name you
specify under table in External Database configuration. (If Default is
specified it will create a table by the name of the domain,
substituting "." with "_".)
