If you do not have template files dated 12/20/01 (in \imail\web) then
you do not have the latest templates.

The new standard
templates are available for download from the Web Template Gallery.
http://www.ipswitch.com/Support/IMail/templates.html#standard

Copy the new templates into the web directories in your \imail tree.
